Fries were hot and the chicken was fresh and moist.... not hard like you get sometimes when it's been sitting for awhile. The dasher leaves a lot to be desired, but this is the second time ordering from Wendy's, and I haven't been dissatisfied yet. :)

Missing the fries from my Takis Fuego™ Meal ordered the fuego fries and only got the sandwich. The Takis Fuego™ Meal sandwich had about 3 kernels of it he street corn so it wasn't really able to be tasted. Frostys were melted but that's to be expected when getting delivery I guess.

Double junior cheeseburger only had one patty and only one single ring of onion. Junior bacon cheeseburger tomato was only core and lettuce had giant stem. :(

When I’m working the night shift, I often rely on Wendy's for dinner at least once a month, especially because life can get hectic, and I sometimes forget to pack a meal. The convenience of ordering makes it an easy option for me during those busy nights. However, I've noticed a concerning trend with my last three orders—the quality of the food has been subpar, with items arriving that seem old and unappetizing.
I typically don't voice my complaints, but tonight's experience was disappointing, and I felt it was important to bring it to your attention. I understand that everyone is eager to wrap up their shifts and head home, but on nights like these, I really count on the team to provide a decent meal. It would mean a lot to me to receive not just food, but a satisfying dinner after a long shift. Thank you for your understanding!

I cannot not eat lettuce and make sure I order with no lettuce. My chicken BLT arrived with lettuce, no tomato and a hard dried out bun. I ordered a Caramel Crunch Chocolate Frosty Fusion™ and received a Vanilla Frosty. 2 Stars for napkins and a spoon.
