The rice in my burrito was very hard and the sauce for my salad seemed to have some yellow stains on the lid. Very questionable.

I have tried orders twice from El Pollo Loco. The first was pretty good. The second did not have the 5 tortillas that were supposed to come with it and the chicken was dry and tough. KFC a better option.
