I've been going to the specific penn station for most of my life. I have never had any problems. Always good service, very good proportions food and plus taste amazing. If anything, be confident that you're getting what compared for.

Ordered a regular cheesesteak paid 17 dollars and they put cheddar cheese on it instead of the normal white provolone tasted aweful

Classic Grilled Italian is probably the best Italian I've had! The Reuben was delicious too!

Food is always good. Previous time I doordashed here I called after to ask for packs of vinegar to be in the bag. The lady who answered was rude and said they always put those in the bag. This time I ordered and shocker... no packs. Either have the option to add on DoorDash order or don't have an attitude when I call to request something so simple.
