I've known this bakery for a long time, but I couldn't visit as often as I wanted. Thanks to Door Dasher, now I can have their delicious bread delivered anytime I want! Ya〜y! Cranberry Walnut Sourdough has been my all time favorite- Perfect as is, even better slightly toasted and it makes great gourmet sandwiches! I ordered monkey bread with perfect ooey-gooeyness, sweetness and density, not heavy. The morning bun was crunchy and coated with perfect amount of sugar and cinnamon and not overly sweet. None of their baked goods are greasy at all. They are all super fresh, baked to perfection and and much better than the same type of bread and pastries I've had anywhere else. I highly recommend Grateful Bread.

Always consistently fresh and delicious! A Sacramento staple since I was in highschool so thats 30 years! I LOVE their sourdough wheat walnut but also everything else . Wholesome and delicious!

Their cookies are delicious, especially the Brookie, Snickerdoodle and Chocolate Chunk. Wish I had known earlier that cookies and pastries are part of the baking done here, not just bread. Great for snacks and after school treats.

The jalapeño cheese bread used to be the best in Sacramento !!!
Unfortunately, due to a change in staff, it's no longer cheesy or have a fair amount of jalapeños in it and is now dry ! what a bummer I don't order anymore

The sourdough sandwich loaf was not tender, crust was very hard and they forgot the Pumpkin Spice Small 3.5 oz.
I dont know if I would shop here again.
