Pork Knuckles Perfection!

This is a Filipino-Canadian style tailored to the homecooking palate. All of the dishes were tasty, but not spicy. If you are comfortable with Canadian home cooking then you will probably like this cuisine.
The Chicken in Tomato was dark meat, which I like, but be careful with the bones.
