I had an amazing experience with Family Room Coffee & Bake Shop! Everything was absolutely delicious. I ordered the white mocha with vanilla foam and caramel syrup—it was the perfect balance of rich and sweet. The cinnamon roll was a treat, and I loved that they offered the option to warm it myself. I did 40 seconds, and it came out perfectly soft and gooey. The Asiago bagel sandwich was outstanding—flavorful, fresh, and satisfying.
Everything was packaged with care, arrived quickly, and was delivered with great attention to detail. I haven’t had the peanut butter cookie yet, but if it’s anything like the rest of my order, I’m sure it’ll be fantastic. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Oh man, family room is the best! When Starbucks got rid of raspberry syrup I was so sad but now I get my white chocolate White Mocha with raspberry here and it is so so good! My absolute fav here is the buckeye Fresh Baked Cookie though! It is addicting and delish! They are such a great addition to Westerville!!

I've been looking for a good coffee shop since beginning to boycott Starbucks in October 2023. This place is amazing! First time trying them and the simple latte is perfection. I love that they have so many kids items as well, my sons love the flavored steamers and I love that I have non caffinated options for my kids while picking up for myself. Not to mention the food is incredible and the prices are completely within budget! I will certainly be back for more!

Always an excellent choice! I love the Breakfast Burrito with chorizo, and the Cinnamon Roll is absolutely to die for! The Minty Chip Freeze is perfect for these warm summer mornings also! I enjoy every bite and sip!

Chile Verde Breakfast Burrito is tiny it should not cost almost $15.00 its way too small for an adult , please put size of Buttiro in the Description, Spiced Brown Sugar Chai Latte was good.
