Embers was a satisfying experience overall. Here’s my take on the items: The Fried Mozzarella was an excellent appetizer! The hand-battered coating was fried to a golden brown, and the smoky mozzarella inside was rich and gooey. Paired with the marinara, it was a delightful starter. The Half Rack was cooked to perfection with tender meat and a deliciously smoky flavor. The barbecue sauce was rich and flavorful, striking a nice balance of sweet and tangy. The Side Caeser was fresh and crisp, paired well with the croutons and shaved parmesan. The dressing portion was just right and complemented the salad without overpowering it. The Jalapeño Mac & Cheese is a standout side dish! The creamy cheese sauce had just the right kick of heat from the jalapeños, and the breadcrumb topping added a pleasant crunch.
This meal was flavorful, filling, and well-prepared. I’d definitely recommend Embers for a satisfying, hearty meal! And I got a bonus calzone too! Just tasted a bite bc all the other food was a lot, and it was yummy too! A+++

I ordered the Half Rack with green beans and jalapeño mac & cheese—everything was delicious and arrived hot and fresh. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and smothered in a rich, flavorful BBQ sauce. The green beans were crisp and well-seasoned, a nice balance to the meal.
The standout for me was the jalapeño mac & cheese—super creamy with just the right amount of heat. It had great flavor without being overpowering, and the portion was just right. Embers never disappoints.

The Grilled Salmon dinner was particularly delish tonight! The portion was perfect, the salmon fresh. I will order again as I have almost every Friday for the past 4 years. Salmon is best in Sa! Jalapeno Mac & Cheese tasty. Grilled Meatloaf was also delicious; tastes just as good next day! Green beans are the best in SA!

Everything was 10/10 - the caesar salad had so much flavor, the jalapeño mac and cheese had heat but it wasn't overbearing and the spinach artichoke dip was packed with flavor. Embers is my new favorite restaurant.

Sweet potato fries were super burnt. The steak was ordered rare and came out medium (and over salted) this would be returned at the restaurant and seems like carelessness for an online order. Complete waste of money, do not recommnd ordering here for steak. You'll be disappointed.
