I ordered the Firebird with fries. That 1st bite was an experience! The heat 🥵 really hit AFTER I swallowed. Thank goodness I ordered the sweet tea! But wow was it GOOD!!!! Perfectly cooked, tender, juicy -- so delicious! I loved the surprise flash of heat that was JUST RIGHT. Cooling off with the key lime pie was a perfect ending. Definitely ordering again!!!!!°

The Classic burger patty was tiny, tough and overcooked. Topped with the smallest single tomato slice I've ever seen. The fries were good. The Hash and Rice was also somehow very dry. I probably wont order from here again.

Great red skin Potato Salad, the Collard Greens are appropriately southern with apple cider vinegar, with minimum stems. The Pulled Pork Tray is correctly BBQ'd and not just cheated with BBQ sauce slathering it, the rice is nicely seasoned with the hash separated to keep it from all becoming mush.

the nachos were good! repeat order on those. pull pork tray was a side dish of pork (not packed) and my side of collard greens. no bread or sauce. no option to add sauce. price is 15$ for a tray that consist of a small portion of meat with one side, no bread. chicken on the nachos had great smoke flavor. pulled pork not enough smoke.

Paid about $20 for a Sandwich w/ fries, and a small 5oz container of Mac and Cheese. The food was okay. The tenders looked like frozen store bought tenders, the Mac tasted okay but had a specific taste of store bought ingredients. And the fries, they were soggy and cold. I ordered for pickup and I was there before the pickup time so the food would be hot and fresh, but it wasn't any of that. Hence the 2/5 stars.
