Twice now i have ordered ice cream with chocolate syrup, and twice now they have given me hot fudge. Pay attention to what the customer is ordering. And train your staff on difference between chocolate syrup and hot fudge.
Also, on previous orders, if ihave to pay for 3 servings of a topping, i should get 3 servings, especially the one I want.

Sundae was good. I ordered chocolate chip and they gave me cookie dough instead. So that was a bummer.
