Chicken Milanese was the smallest piece of chicken I've ever seen. It was seriously a chicken TENDERS. For $30 I got 1 chicken tender on top of a small swirl of pasta. This entree was entirely a waste of money. The tiramisu was melted everywhere because they put it in the same bag as the hot chicken dish. Salad was ok but not enough dressing for all that lettuce.

We have eaten at this Brio for 15 years or so -- we know the menu, both in restaurant and delivery. They do a HORRIBLE job with delivery. The same item in restaurant is priced higher for delivery and the portions are smaller. The chicken on this item was a weird rubbery texture as if previously cooked/reheated. Protein portions on the salad and pasta were half the size of meals in past. Complete disaster to order from them. We may still try them in restaurant, but with their prices having doubled while quantity/quality diminished, they're just losing loyal customers.

I ordered lobster bisque. I received a watery-thin orange liquid full of canned tomatoes. Awful and a waste of money. Asked for butter--did not even receive bread, let alone butter. Risotto was just okay. Absolutely not worth the money. Very disappointed. I used to order often. I no longer recommend.

delicious! sorry! already started before photo. It came with a nice warm large piece of fresh bread. potatoes (mashed) could be improved, but all in all it was good. The chicken was moist and tasty!
