Always such well made food that is fragrant and fresh. Chicken is some of the crispiest fried chicken I've ever had. The owners are wonderful people as well!

The garlic soy chicken is delightful! Perfectly salty, sweet, crunchy, and juicy.
The rice crispy fried chicken?! 10/10. The dipping sauce is robustly flavorful, sweet with the perfect amount of garlic and heat. The chicken is so crunchy and juicy, I sent a video to my spouse to hear the bite so she'd be jealous lol
And goodness this was my first time trying a croffle... I got the Nutella with strawberries... I can't eat things that are TOO sweet. This was not that. It was perfectly sweet, bready, chocolatey, but perfectly balanced with the tangy bite of the strawberries.
Highly recommend. I'm sure it's even better in person.

TBC, Cafe Ganadara is normally a 5 out of 5. But on our most recent order, the chi-bap was under-sauced, the croffle was over-sauced, and the bubble tea situation was just straight up confused. (The Japchae Bap was - is always - perfect.) Maybe they have an A team and a B team? Because when the A team is on, Cafe Ganadara makes some of the bangingest Korean soul food in St. Louis.

The Rice Crispy Chicken Breastwas so tasty, hot and crunchy. I was also surprised that the Croffle had a crispness to it as well, even after being sauced.

I was missing the corn/ slaw. Its been aa while since I ordered from here, so I don't know if that's still supposed to come with it. The Chi-bap-bap was good and fresh.
The Honeydew is my favorite and I recommend this drink. The taste is honeydew and it nothing extra added to the flavor.
