• DoorDash orderDouble Dozen Garlic Butter Shrimp & 2 Pc Fish Meal was great. and the fish is thick and meaty unlike the LJS fish place! Shrimps were decent size, although it's hard to know if it would be more crispy in restaurant. still very good!

• DoorDash orderMy fish was 1/4 the size of their advertised pictures. The loaded potato had no sour cream on it and very little butter. The shrimp was deep fried hard and they didn't let you get extra sauces. Captain D'Souza has really gone down hill

• DoorDash orderI'm never not in love with Cap'n D's fish. They even put extra crunchies! Those are my favorite! Especially when soaked in vinegar. They never give enough sauces for my taste, bc we use them all lol. So I just keep bottles of tartar sauce, cocktail sauce and malt vinegar. That's not really a them problem, that's a me problem lol. Everyone was happy and my husband said the mac n cheese was delish. I ate green beans with my fish and it had big chunks of meat in it, and they had an amazing flavor. Very, very please. Totally worth the money for the family meal.

• DoorDash orderDecided to try a new place and was left VERY underwhelmed. The shrimp was saturated in overused oil to the point you couldn't taste the shrimp. Fries were cold and flavorless. Chicken tasted like it had been sitting in a container with stale batter. The fish was so saturated in stale oil you couldn't taste anything else. You could visibly tell that both items had been previously cooked and sitting. Overall I am quite disappointed and will not be eating here again .

• DoorDash reviewAlways happy with the hot deliveries from Captain D's & tasty items on their menu. Never unhappy with their food. Glad to see popcorn shrimp offered as double dozen with 2 piece of fish. Would like to see fried clams back on the menu also with the popcorn shrimp as add-ons.
