I was very disappointed when I got my milkshake. I paid over six dollars for a milkshake that was placed in a small cup. The milkshake came in a size small cup and I thought it came in a medium sided cup. I had to doordash so I couldnt return it.

I love chick fil a so much but I'm disappointed for the first time with them because I ordered a Cookies & Cream Milkshake and they put it in a size small and I paid over 6 dollars for it. Usually they would give it to me in a medium cup. I had to doordash so I couldn't return it.

Really disappointed with the waffle Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries® and Peppermint Chip Milkshake. The fries tasted like they were cooked in rancid oil and the shake was filled 2/3 way.

We didn’t get our two orders of Hash Browns. This happens a lot from this Chick-fil-a where one or two items are forgotten. It’s not clear if CFA or the Doordash driver messed up. It takes a lot of effort to get a refund, and from past experience, it’s impossible to get CFA to send out the food they forgot.
