I called the restaurant to verify that there would be actual chicken inside the chicken noodle soup since the last order did not have any. The person that took the call told me that she would make sure it did. The order I received had only 1 small piece of chicken. I paid $16.75 for noodle soup.

Not too happy with my chicken biscuit or the hash browns today. Chicken was really dry and the hash browns were just a crumbled up greasy mess in the box. Not the quality i am used to seeing from chic fil a. Hope this was just a freak occurrence.

Consistently missing drinks. Grilled chicken sandwich frequently arrives with the chicken frozen or ice cold from the refrigerator. Sauces always missing. Fries half full. I never get good service from this store when using delivery services.

I didnt get any of my sauces or dressing for my food, cold hard mac and cheese I called and spoke to someone at Chick-fil-A and she wasnt understanding at all and said it wasnt there fault call DoorDash. The bag was packed by Chick-fil-A , at least my dasher was good. I expected more from Chick-fil-A usually they're good.
