The hashbrowns were exceptionally good this time as they were extremely crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I find that they're often not cooked enough but whomever was cooking this day got it perfect! I wish they could be like that every day.

I love Chick-fil-A and usually everything is perfect, but on Wednesday morning my chicken biscuit taste like it had been made the day before and then heated up that morning but not hot enough. The hashbrowns were cold also. This is the worst meal I've ever had from Chick-fil-A.

Needs to be the absolute top of the pack but they have fallen a great deal.  Constant deliveries with no drinks or missing items. When you call the store, they'll tell you to come get it.
For what they charge for the meals and the fees, no one should have to go to the store and get missing items. This is very common now with this particular Chick-fil-A and the operator doesn't seem to care.
