This was a fantastic meal. The tenders were juicy, perfectly coated in that DIVINE chipotle sauce and had the perfect ratio of crispiness to that. The macaroni was beyond my comprehension, so cheesy, warm and gooey I absolutely devoured it.The fries are always top tier, Crisp to perfection lightly salted and peppered and just perfect. This meal Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers® Combo definitely upped my Juneteenth and is by far the best cooking I have received from Chilis. I highly recommend this restaurant, it never disappoints.

There weren't as many fries as usual with the BBQ Brisket Burger. And there wasn't enough chicken in the Cajun Pasta, usually get more chicken. And why is our food so accessible to the Door Dasher? There's absolutely nothing keeping the Dasher from just putting their hands in the completely open bag & opening up our boxes. Other restaurants have way better packaging than Chili's by keeping the food more protected from being gotten into by a Dasher or their car passengers. And we have had that happen a few times, especially our Chili's orders.

Everything was great! I ordered the Triple Dipper™ with the southwest eggrolls, which were hot and crispy and the honey chipotle chicken crispers which were sauced well and delicious! Best part was they paid attention to my dipping sauce requests and gave me what I actually asked for.(this doesn't always happen) Well done Chili's!!

The wait time was longer than what was first mentioned (13 min) , staff kept telling me "a couple more minutes" until 16 minutes passed from the original pick up time , fried mozzarella was salty , so were the chips with the skillet queso. I've been to other chilis and must say this was the worst one in terms of food quality . I got the Triple Dipper® , mozzarella, egg rolls and bites , along with the skillet queso , which was also kind of thick? weird .

What a disappointment! You spend almost $30.00 on a fajita trio meal. Everything is great except the flour tortillas. They are old and snap a part like a saltine cracker. The tortilla is one of the main parts of the meal. Didn't have any tortillas at the house so I had to eat it without them. You would think someone could take 10 seconds and check that the meal is complete and tortillas or other items are fresh.
