Paid more than 7 extra dollars for double meat of chicken and steak which should have been 8 ounces based on chipotles serving size. I received only 4.5 ounces that I weighed while it was covered in sauces and rice (so less than that amount), very scammy and not appreciated.

the quality has gone way down from the early days. carne asada was dry, rice was dry, I paid extra for the chimichurri and only received a little pinch in one of the plastic guac containers surrounded by neon red oil. not worth the money

They sent me a raw quesadilla.. They barely filled it with any chicken and cheese... Ive had other chipotle restaurants that have it on the menu and it is 100 times better than this chipotle. Thumbs Down. Spent 40 dollars and i am very disappointed

when i got the Burrito Bowl and it wasnt even fulled to the top,it was basically EMPTY. It was not worth $23 dollars.To add on ,the top of the packing of the bowl was not even sealed correctly.Please Chipotle IMPROVE!!

I asked for double steak, I only get a single scoop of chicken. I paid 25 dollars for an extremely shallow bowl. No chipotle has ever gave me this amount of food. This is disgustingly made and unappetizing. Horrid experience.
