This location is consistently terrible, I don't think I have ordered here in over a year & it was just as bad as I remember. I had to pay extra for carnitas, there was less than a tablespoon of meat and most of the bowl was undercooked brown rice. Chips were over salted and stale.

My rice was not fully cooked, i got 3 pieces of chicken in my Burrito Bowl, and stale chip with a spoonful of queso. Defin not worth $25 for a bowl and side.

Not sure if it is this store or the whole company. Most companies either make product smaller or increase the price. Chipotle did both not making it worth the value any more. I can go sit down at an authentic Mexican restaurant for the same price and higher quality of food!

The rice wasn't soft and it made it hard to even attempt to eat my burrito. This store is always a 50/50 chance of getting a good meal or something that's very much not worth my money. I often regret coming to this location and always opt for the Apple Valley location instead.

The slow-cooked meat and quesadillas are impossible to mess up but everything else is really inconsistent. I've gotten huge pieces of avocado skin in my guac multiple orders in a row, it's a crapshoot on how much anything will be seasoned or cooked. Rice has been bland, crunchy, or extremely lime-y. Chips have been limp, extremely salty or lime-y. Beans have been unsalted. Just totally random and unreliable.
