I usually order in, but this review is based off my first Door Dash order from here: Beverage lids were left open, no picks or seals were put on them knowing a carrier service was delivering the order. Not placed inside a bag just a cup carrier. Some beverage spilled; not to mention leaving lid exposed is unsanitary. The coffee lacks that “made by a barista” feeling. I like to support local coffee shops but this location could use some improvement :/ Cornelius location has better service & better vibes, making its coffee taste even better.

The cinnamon twist is good. The coffee is good too. However, yesterday, I had a 16 oz Snickerdoodle coffee and a 16oz Aztec. Both were only half full. I called and the young lady told me the problem was a trainee made them. She refunded the cost of the coffee's. Today, I purchased 2 of the 16 oz Snickerdoodles. The problem is this: my 2 Snickerdoodle's were half full, again. I took pictures of them yesterday and today. This is the last time I will order from them, because with a 16 oz coffee you will only get 8 ozs. I'm very disappointed, because the coffee is great.

Photo for the bagel was an everything bagel, I would change the photo for the menu.
The iced latte had a lot of milk.
