We have ordered from this place on numerous occasions, and each time there are things wrong with the order, but they are seldom worth submitting a negative review about. This time, I got something new, a French vanilla shake with caramel. How disappointing it was. There was hardly any flavor, like they added much more milk than ice cream, and for the $10.00 price tag, I expected much better and a bigger size; although, since the taste was rather lacking, I'm glad it wasn't any bigger, in this case. Not anything like what I expected.

My Cookies Make Everything Batter™ lacked cookies, and they literally gave me one scoop of ice cream, so it wasn't worth the money or my time!

ours was not good at all. first time here. so upset for how much we paid for two ice creams and what we got for it. we both did the largest "gotta have it" size. his was their Peanut Butter Cup Perfection® - to clarify, no mix ins were put in either of ours. his had peanut butter and a few Reese's on the top of the cup. so it was nothing but the ice cream with a few bits on top. I made my own- chocolate with Oreo and heath. again, they put chocolate ice cream in a bowl and added Oreos on top. plain ice cream throughout the entire thing. no heath bar anywhere. mind you these are $12 ice creams- on top of the fees you pay to have it delivered. I feel they took advantage of us not being front facing customers - slapped ice cream in a bowl and few sprinkles of the topping on top to call it a day. so disappointing

Of the last three times I've ordered from the White Oak Coldstone, my order has been correct once. The first time they left out a topping, this time they completely forgot an entire ice cream. How do you miss one item out of two??
