Every cookie in my order was delicious and beautifully prepared. I have to mention the Biscotti Cake; it’s a wonderfully soft, two-layer mini cake. I wasn’t sure I would like it, but I ended up loving it! We devoured everything so quickly that I forgot to take a picture, but I’ll definitely remember to snap one next time.

They continually give me the wrong cookies from the ones I order. For example, I ordered the dubai brownie cookie, an oreo cookie, a chocolate chip cookie & a sugar cookie. Instead of any of those they gave me random plain cookies with some kind of chocolate and vanilla frosting smeared on them. I pad $30 for those and because they mess up my orders so often Door Dash did not refund me. I have it set to cancel the order if they don't have the cookies I want yet they repeatedly just give me cookies I didn't even want. Honestly I recommend trying a different Crumble store cause this one truly sucks.

I love these cookies. Best pick for a late night dessert. Good customer service where they offered I can call them and pick the flavor of cookies since their website is under maintenance showing last week's flavors.
