Sometimes I swear the food gets better everytime I eat here.... which I've eat here dozens + times. The saag & tikka masala are so flavorful and heartwarming. Garlic naan makes for the perfect vehicle for them. You can never go wrong with the lamb or chicken. Worth every penny.

Gaia has to be one of my favorite Mediterranean places in Boulder. The Paneer Tikka Masala is to die for and the Vegetarian or Vegan Samosa is equally amazing. Portions are perfect, but if you don't make it through everything in one seating, the food keeps well in the fridge and reheats nicely in the microwave (1:30 for half a portion of masala). Just be warned that they tend to take a while to prepare orders.

Gryro pizza is fantastic and legit spicy, samosas are super good. The raita was full of good veggies and a generous portion but way gross, really sweet for some reason. Do not recommend the raita at all.

I am mostly rating 5 instead of 4 because my dasher gave my food to the wrong person, and they remade mine fresh for me.
Otherwise the food is good! The Tikka Masala Chicken Cheesesteak especially satisfies the "something different" craving. I've had better masala, but never in cheasesteak form.
The fries were solid as well.
I'm planning on ordering the calzone next time, as the cheesesteak was pretty messy - which isn't necessarily a bad thing!

Really bad. Expensive and barley any filling, other than cheese. Dough was undercooked significantly, I had to cook it in the oven after it was delivered. One big, gross, greasy, undercooked cheese ball
