My experience with Ginza Restaurant tonight left a lasting impression, thanks to their remarkable attention to detail and outstanding customer service. Despite a minor hiccup of a missing item in my order, the staff promptly reached out to apologize and ensure it would be rectified.
What truly stood out was their commitment to making things right. Not only did they promise to deliver the missing item, but they also went the extra mile by personally bringing it to me. It was a gesture that spoke volumes about their dedication to customer satisfaction.
As for the food, the hibachi/pan-fried shrimp dumplings(started eating before I took a picture it was SO mouthwatering)
Delicious as always! tender veggies perfectly cooked steak I could go on....
Overall, my experience at Ginza Restaurant was thoroughly enjoyable. From the delicious food to the exceptional service, it's a place I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family. I look forward to ordering again soon!

This food was unreal it was so delicious, fresh n amazing! The woman on was phone was professional n awesome too making sure everything was great. We loved all of it n will order again soon. The (Kid)Filet Mignon tender n perfectly cooked, the Tempura Appetizer wasn't greasy it was fresh n fluffy, the Age Dashi Age Tofu delicious, fried (Side)Fried Rice so good n the Vegetable LoMein had so much flavor too! Thank you!

Truly EXCELLENT, super high quality Japanese food wow. Super delicious, cooked perfectly, tender (D) Chicken Teriyaki not dry love the extra Teriyaki sauce n don't even get me started on those fried onions! Hubby had Filet (HD)Filet Mignon/Shrimp everything was meticulously cooked to his liking, fried rice is so amazing not boring like a lot of places, extra egg too yay! The Tempura Appetizer was great, Green Salad good too, Clear Soup n Miso also super fresh not fishy at all which we like smile! Thank you will order again!

I was so conflicted in ordering because the places I've ordered from previously had been a miss, I went off of reviews and the pictures and have in to order from Ginza . The seasonings were great and there was a fair amount of food as well , which was a concern of mine as well . This came with 8 shrimp which was the most I've ever seen in an order , and the steak was cooked to perfection. I would absolutely be ordering from them (Ginza) from now on as I was extremely satisfied
