I have eaten from here so many time in store but i ordered a Nacho Fries this day and it was filled with cold fries , burnt chicken and not even a considerable proper quantity . The fries were not even seasonsed. Never expected this from here. It might be better to order at store not online. Wasted my 20$ .

The experience was disappointing. I specifically ordered a burrito without pico de gallo because it makes me sick, but as soon as I took the first bite, I realized that both burritos had pico de gallo. I had clearly specified this in the order, and one of them even had a label that said “without pico de gallo.” Additionally, the fries portion was smaller than the indicated quantity.

Had the three tacos for $16.90 with minced meat which are supposed to have more fillings but you could have fit the fillings in all three in one taco ,not good at all.

I love GYG but the Dee Why branch is awful. The few times I ordered from there the food has been prepared poorly. One time I even received a burrito without any meat when it should have. Frenches Forest is way better but I can't choose which branch when I order on Door Dash
