Incredible fusion of flavours. Inspire has been one of my go to restaurants since they opened. Everything on the menu is tasty but my favourite has been, and always will be, the insp burger as well as the duck tacos.

I found the Yuzu Garlic Shrimp Rice Bowl to be disappointing. The shrimp were coated with an excessively thick flour, resulting in a taste that was unrefined and reminiscent of fast food. In comparison to other dishes I've tried from Inspire, this bowl was notably inferior and did not justify the price.
