Our delivery was not correct so we contacted the store (moonee ponds) and the staff could not be more helpful, they made our order fresh and included complimentary items, I would highly recommend KFC moonee ponds if you are looking for outstanding customer experience/support

The food arrived in the timeframe I was advised, however it was all completely cold and soggy packaging and food. Both the boxes of chips were only just filled over half. I didn't get the selection of sauces I purchased. Even after attempting to reheat the food, it was still inedible and gross and the chicken pieces didn't seem quite right in smell or taste

Ordered the Original Tenders Box, disappointed to see that the potato and gravy was only a 1/4 filled, the box of chips half filled and most of the popcorn chicken only consisted of the crunchy outside and zero meat. The only thing that arrived as it should was the pre package drink, extremely disappointing.

I appreciate this store as I ordered Pepsi and plain gravy but they made the effort and wrote a handwritten letter saying they are sorry and only have Pepsi max and no plain gravy. The KFC replaced it very well. thank you to the team.

Ordered 3 wicked wings and got 1 pathetic excuse of a wing. Wraps were messy and popcorn chicken burnt.
