The chicken was as expected. Yum. I really was looking forward to the Peach Mtn Dew!!! I was delivered a Baja blast. Disappointed.

Missing Pieces in My Order! I ordered the 16-piece chicken meal, but when I opened the box, there were only 11 pieces inside. That’s 5 pieces short for a meal I paid for! The chicken itself was decent (crispy and flavorful as usual), but missing nearly a third of my order is unacceptable. I’ve enjoyed KFC before, but this kind of mistake ruins the experience. Hopefully, this was just a one-time error, but I’d advise others to double-check their orders before leaving the store. KFC team, please fix this!

Wrong oder always , and Every time I order from this KFC, they mess it up. I ask for 12 pieces of chicken, and they only give me 10. It’s like they don’t even know how to count. On top of that, the mashed potatoes always come without gravy, and they constantly forget the sides I paid for. This place feels like a scam—lazy service and careless employees. Complete disappointment every single time.

I'm not even sure who bagged my meal this time but they actually deserve a raise. I almost never get the sauces and there they were! everything was there in the sealed bag.
