My midnight order last week was phenomenal - actually crunchy chicken and the Mac n cheese was glorious. The noodles were well cooked and it was perfectly cheesy.
Unfortunately I talked the place up and got it for dinner with my husband. All of our Tenders + Biscuit were soggy... and somehow the biscuit managed to be both stale and covered in some sort of sticky substance. My bonus order of the Mashed Potatoes & Gravy was monumentally bad. It tasted like browned salt on flavorless and moderately chunky mush
From my two experiences you will either have amazing food or it will be barely edible. T

Delicious chicken and biscuits, but the side of fries included with the Tenders Krunch Box consists of literally 4 wedge fries...disappointing. They also didn't have 2 out of the 4 sides that were ordered.

Signature Wings trash and yall bogus rice was hard as rock, wing bigger than the chicken it self. That was an eagle they gave me.

The food tasted super old and cold as if it was leftovers from the day before. The biscuit was brick hard and the chicken was undercooked. Im not sure if it was due to an early order but that isn't acceptable.
