• DoorDash orderThe brown stew chicken was delicious!!!!! The flavors great the potatoes soft and the cabbage had a little spice all great!!!! My only issue was I only got 2 pieces of chicken. Small  pieces of chicken. That was very disappointing.

• DoorDash orderThe chicken wasn't flavorful. The Egusi Soup tasted grainy. The Fufu tasted grainy too as if it wasn't pounded enough. I heard good things about this restaurant, but I'm disappointed. I had really good Egusi Soup before at another African restaurant in Gainesville, but I believe it shut down.

• DoorDash orderFirstly, their customer service is A1. I received the wrong order the last time I visited, and this time they gave me extra okra soup for free!! ALSO THIS IS DELICIOUS 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

• DoorDash orderJollof Rice with Beef was good as always,they didnt make enough mac and cheese as usual though. You should call ahead to check before ordering if thats what you want, I had been hankering that for a day or two 😭😫
Wish they'd mark it as sold out when they run out. Got plantains instead and they were tasty, still a bait and switch but whatever, still 4 stars since they're Gainesville locals.
