Genuinely some of the BEST food I have ever had. The chicken is always good, flavor is amazing. Just tried the MC Sandwich and the Mac & Cheese for the first time (I usually do the tenders) and it was SO GOOD. Never been disappointed here.

This used to be my go-to spot, but a lot has changed since I last ordered. Most noticeably, the portion sizes have shrunk. The chicken sandwich was about half the size it used to be, the tenders seemed smaller, and there were significantly fewer fries.
There was also no way to substitute ranch for the MC sauce. While a lot of places don’t allow full substitutions, you should at least be able to pick your dipping sauce, especially for chicken tenders. I tried calling to request it over the phone, but no one answered despite multiple attempts.
The flavor just isn’t what it used to be either. The most disappointing part—Judging by the packaging, it looks like they don’t make their ranch in-house anymore, and it definitely comes through in the taste.
Sad to say, this used to be one of my favorite spots. All in all, just a disappointing experience from a place that used to be super reliable.

The Seasoned Crinkle Fries are nice and crispy but the seasoning tastes sweet which I didn't enjoy. I ordered the spice level of my MC Sandwich medium and it was too hot for me to eat. Mac & Cheese lacked flavor and the portion size is small for the price.
