Horrible quality control, fries are almost always undercooked and soggy and the buns on the burgers are stale and hard. It's just sad with how much more each item is overpriced.

I order the Deluxe McCrispy meal. What I got to be completely honest food was disgusting. Sandwich had overcooked chicken that had been reheated. Fries were cold and Sweet tea taste so sour it had to been sitting out for more than a few days. I threw the entire meal in the trash. I didn't even get my money back all they offer was $5, when I paid $15 for the meal. Im just utterly disgusted and disappointed by this entire ordeal.

they literally only gave me one cookie , then the Iced Caramel Coffee that I got didnt even taste decent , it just tasted like coffee no caramel . they also didnt give me a Hot Fudge Sundae they gave me a caramel sundae.
