Hi, I’m requesting a refund because the chicken I received was raw and unsafe to eat. I paid $20 for something I couldn’t even eat, and it’s really unfair not to get my money back. You can clearly see in the photo that it’s undercooked. Thank you for understanding.

French Frieswere not golden and crispy like normal. They were a bit soggy. The pickles tasted old and not fresh. Also, my condiments were not in the bag. Lastly, my Hot Fudge Sundae had way too much hot fudge on it. Overall, my order was disappointing.

Everything was hot & fresh. It was a big order & everything was correct. Kudos to the morning staff for making sure our order was correct. 😊. The Door Dasher, Adolfo was fantabulous as well. Friendly, went above & beyond.

Quarter Pounder was cooked too long and was hard and salty. Bread was stale and the onions looked to be cut in a rush and thrown on sandwich they were huge.
