This store in particular is such a great location - staff always friendly and helpful, and the food always prepared exactly to order - no damages, good quality and value, delicious!

usually really like MOD, but this time was not so good. I think they used spicy sausage instead of the mild. the pizza was cut weird, so like 2 slices were okay sized and the others were huge. and I got extra ranch, but it wasn't the creamy ranch I've gotten in the past, it's runny and tastes weird.

I used to like Mod Pizza & their plentiful salads. I decided on a "Hawaiian" style tonight. Oof! Canned pineapple; cheap on cheese despite me ordering 3; very dry ends w no cheese; etc. The salads now lack many options; dumped cheaper veggies on top & light on better options, with the bowl not even close to filled.
I guess, if I was desperate & starving, I'd try a cheese w extra cheese ONLY... hard to mess that up.

MOD's Unlimited Toppings pizza has less customizable crust (no thick option) than it used to. For the raised price, the pizza looks rather sad, small and sloppy. Their value is simply no longer worth the cost. This makes me sad as I've enjoyed their flatbread pizza for years but will look elsewhere next time I buy one.

The pizza was way to hard. Its wild how crunchy and unenjoyable it was unfortunately. I also ordered 4 sides of ranch and only received 2. I wouldnt be too upset if it were free but I paid for it. The driver only spoke Spanish so I dont blame them but the store should have seen the big note that says 4 sides of ranch. It was literally the first thing I saw on the paper receipt on the pizza box. Disappointing.
