their Chicken Katsu is also one of the best katsus ive had. compared to other katsus, their chicken katsu is not bland and not just full of breading. generous servings too. ive been ordering multiple times now! love it

• DoorDash orderI received my order through the drive-thru. The customer service was great I asked for extra sauce she didn't hesitate to give it to me. the food portion size was beautiful and tasted so good nice and hot and crispy thank you Hawaiian BBQ you did outstanding!

• DoorDash orderI LOVE Ono Hawaiian BBQ food! That spam masubi is my favorite and it's delicious. The kalbi ribs are juicy (never dry), the rice is warm and fluffy, and the cabbage under the meats is cooked perfectly! The wish they had included the Ono sauce or an option to order sauces.

• DoorDash orderFood arrived stale after being overcooked. the Mac salad had kind of a weird fuel taste to it. I didn't even touch the Rangoon after the Katsu wasn't good. This is my first bad experience at Ono. I'm hoping it's a one time thing.

• DoorDash orderVery disappointing. I had to throw my portion of the order in the trash. totally inedible. I ordered the Hawaiian BBQ mix. the meat was extremely dry even the short ribs. The chicken was flavorless. I just wasted 17.99. Never again will I order anything from Ono Hawaiian BBQ. Again, highly disappointed with the quality of their food. First and last time ordering from this place.
