The pizza was thinner than any thin crust I have had in my life. Pizza was paper thin. Thank god for stuffed crust

We have purchased papa John's pizza on Friday night for years.
For the past several months when we order a well done crust - it is not crisp - just soft.

The pizza was literally as thin as a sheet of paper. Tasted stale and was extrmely cold put it in my oven but was turned off by the flatness. Just left it alone altogether.
