• DoorDash orderEverything was pretty good. Hot dog was a mess & falling apart. Salad was good though it had the full end of the stems in the mix as well as wilted pieces. All salad prices went up with portions smaller (like most restaurants) & removing the chicken doesn't reduce the price. All items tasted great as usual.

• DoorDash orderMy $3.50 SMALL fries weren't even half way filled, the mozzarella wasn't melted on my sandwich and I didn't get any au jus even though I ordered it on the side. It got here pretty quick, though, so I guess that's a plus, but no ketchup or napkins.... kind of a bummer for $30.

• DoorDash orderPortillos is something that I treat myself to once in a great while because it is a little pricey, however, today was awful. I ordered the Italian beef sandwich, which was disgusting and soggy. The chocolate cake looks like somebody had taken a torch and melted all of the icing off of it. It was in a pool on the bottom of the container, not even on the cake. The fries were cold and clearly very old and they did not include any silverware or napkins. Very disappointing are such an expensive chain restaurant.

• DoorDash orderspot on Hot Dog Italian Beef Sandwich super well packed and arrived perfectly. pretty good dunk on Italian Beef, wrapped in waxy paper so it doesn't get out.
