• DoorDash orderThe sandwich was delicious! It was moist and tender and well seasoned. My only issue is the size. Ordering food for delivery is already more expensive. It would be nice to have an adult size Char-Broiled Chicken Sandwich . Thankfully, I ordered the large fries so im not still hungry. But I was duped. :/

• DoorDash orderSomething big has changed at Portillos. Or at least at this Portillos.
Hamburger meat no longer has a char and resembles McDonalds meat patty. Cheese is not melted on top but a cold sheet laid on top of cold beige burger.

• DoorDash orderThe food is mediocre and they have yet to get a single order correct. The fries have been soggy and undercooked. The chop salad has been missing ingredients and it's a 50/50 shot at whether or not you will get the bread that is supposed to come with the salad. Worst Portillos I have ever been to or odered from.
