honestly fairly priced for what you get,so damn good everything was delicous. the infamous cake shake was worth it and I recommend you try it at least once. would get a small if you're eating a meal but large i easily shared between people

So disappointing. Frech fries not cooked - essentially raw and cold . Charging 1.30 for hot peppers and barely any on the sandwhich. Asked for Ketchup and Mustard dodnt receive either. Won't order from here again.

I ordered the large Italian Beef Sandwich & they sent me a regular beef instead of the large and there was barely meat inside of the beef & it wasn't tasty. The chocolate Shakes and Malts was disgusting & the large Fries were half full!. Atleast I received all of my items this time around. Sending a regular beef instead when you paid for a large and thinking the customer wont notice is insane. $47 for a mediocre meal that I could've cooked at home!. The Chocolate Cake Slice was good though, however, I will not purchase from here again. It's just not the same anymore, the taste, the portion size etc.

If you want more bread than meat for your Italian Beef Sandwich then this is your place!. I really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but every time I order its the same thing. Half full Fries, you order a large Italian Beef Sandwich and they give you a regular Italian Beef Sandwich instead buy youre still charged for a large & its liferally no meat in the sandwich. This place is such a disappointment now. Im taking my business back to Al's beefs. The service and portions has gone down tremendously.
