The Fries definitely weren't well done, as I obviously requested.. They were a bit soggy, which happens about 80% of the time, and the other 20% is surprisingly well done as requested. The Char-Broiled Chicken Sandwich tasted tender, juicy, and fresh. Portion was okay for the price. I would order again if they can get all of my order correct

Not good. For now on I will order my beefs from Pop's Italian Beef. They skimped on the beef and for some reason it tasted almost like soap. What a shame because they use to be my second favorite under Duke's (awesome place). Not anymore.

The bread was super hard and too thick so Everything was falling off. And it barely has any sauce on it. Will not be ordering these 2 items again from this location. It definitely wasn't worth it. Over priced.

This is my second time ordering from Portillo's, and I'm glad that I got their chicken sandwich and fries, instead of just the strawberry shortcake because I could only eat a few bites of it. The cake was dense, thin, basically it tasted like they put the butt of the bread down on the bowl and added the toppings on it.
I'll stick to their chocolate cake and chicken sandwiches.
