I ordered the Loaded Baked Potato "bowl" received a cup for the price of the bowl. I was charged for a Potbelly Whole Pickle didn't receive that and the smallest bag of Zapp's VooDoo Heat Chips for 2.39 Turkey Breast sandwich was sloppy and Farmhouse Salad was the only thing that's right Please do better.

been ordering Skinny Sandwich + Cup of Soup frequently for lunch and even had the tuna salad one which was delicious - this time around, I bit into my sandwich and it was incredibly salty to the point it's inedible. such a shame as I love the tuna salad and they messed it up:(

Barely any veggies on my sandwich. I want LOTS of veggies, I want to have a full sandwich, but the quality has lessened. Disappointing really. Also they never get the balsamic vinegar packets I ask for every time.

the farmhousesalad was smaller than previous orders of this item. Hope this is not a change, but rather that Potbelly just has poor quality control. We have had past issues with Potbelly.
