Order was accurate and special requests were accomodated. Unfortunately, the ice cream itself was not up to par. Have ordered from and gone to Ralphs many times but tonight the ice cream has no flavor at all.

When you're out of stock of an item, it would be nice to text or call the customer and let them know. To just say we're out and refund the item isn't helpful and ultimately leaves someone missing.
