I got the Build Your Own Breakfast Burrito with egg whites and impossible sausage.. 10/10 Size, Taste, Bangkok for buck. will order again!

We really wanted to love the food, but had to throw half of it away. The pros: carne asada burrito was big & hearty, they serve both tator tots AND fries (and they're crinkle cut fries, which are the best shaped fries IMO), food was packaged so that it arrived hot, cheeseburger was pretty dang tasty. The cons: burrito was pretty bland & seemed to have more tots than anything else; both the sides of tots & fries tasted like oil, were super soggy & needed some seasoning. No biggie, we added our own salt. While the boxes for the tots & fries kept them hot, they also held in all the moisture from the steam & made them soggy. So we decided to toss them into the air fryer for a few minutes to get some crispiness back. Unfortunately the old oil taste was too overwhelming so we had to throw the tots & fries away. Our overall impression wasn't that great, but not so bad that we won't give this place a 2nd chance. Maybe next time we'll order a burrito with more flavor than carne asada & definitely will get a cheeseburger again. Ordering fries & tots again is iffy, though.

I usually give five or four star rating to this store but this will be my first time giving a three star rating. With this particular order and order of the past, the presentation wasn't to my standards. The foil barely cover the burrito and a burrito was smaller than the nicely wrap burritos that I like from the same location. There's no reason a smaller burrito couldn't be wrapped more nicely. But also if you need to use two sheets of foil to wrap a burrito, you need to use two sheets of foil to wrap a burrito. This burrito was barely wrapped in foil. There obviously different people preparing the food. It feels like one person really knows their job and the other one is stressed. rushed or doesn't care about presentation or return customers. The person who makes really good burritos and wraps them perfectly. Also includes two salsa without me having to pay extra. Without fail the person or persons that makes the poorly wrap burrito includes once salsa. I know the burrito only comes with one salsa, but it is the little things that food preparers can do to win over loyal customers. I wish everybody preparing the order was on the same page. I order from this place at least once a week. I noticed when I order on Monday or Tuesday morning I get the perfectly wrapped burrito with two salsas. This order was placed on a Sunday morning. I'll never order on a Sunday morning again. And I think Thursday or Friday morning is when I usually get the poorly wrapped burrito.

First ordering, was very happy wirh serving size, the Build Your Own Breakfast Burrito was huge and the size of the Loaded Tots was ridiculous. The flavor was great, my order was prepared correctly and promptly. Don't let it being in a mall food court dissuade you, it's a solid place.

Love the Bacon Burrito so yummy!! The green salsa is so delicious and authentic!! Highly recommend! Love this spot.
