• DoorDash orderMy Factory Turkey Burger and 20th Anniversary 30th Anniversary Chocolate Cake Cheesecake were delicious. All thanks to excellent staff that remade my entree after the doordasher left it behind. Turkey burger was juicy and tasty. The cheese cake was perfect. The customer service was the prototype for how to treat customers. I’ll visit this place again when I visit the state.

• DoorDash orderThe food was generally tasty, as always from The Cheesecake Factory. BUT, several mistakes were made in our food prep, which was very surprising.
The Korean Fried Chicken was served without sauce. This made it unfortunately dry and flavorless, and since the side is rice, it was hard to enjoy because it was so dry. The amounts of kimchi & avocado were also very small, but the portion of chicken was generous. I would've happily supplemented something out of the fridge to moisten it (not that I should have to) but we were at an apartment with an empty fridge, which was why we DoorDashed.
The French Dip Cheeseburger was fine. The amount of cheese was actually very little, which again was surprising. But, delicious other than that.
The Cheeseburger Spring Rolls were almost perfect. Unfortunately, one half of one of the rolls was very burnt. Basically inedible and very unsightly. It should not have been served.
We also received no silverware nor butter for the bread.

• DoorDash orderThe Beet and Avocado Salad was tiny and wilted. It contained about three pieces of beet and a few pieces of avocado with some arugula thrown on top. The Kids' Macaroni and Cheese arrived cold.
The White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle® Cheesecake however was amazing! Just get the dessert. Skip the meal.

• DoorDash order2nd night ordering cheesecake. The Adam's Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Ripple Cheesecake ITSELF is very good. However the portion size was much smaller than the celebration cheesecake the night before. for 2 slices and free delivery with a 5 buck tip, it was 30. Totally overpriced for what you get. THEY DO NOT GIVE UTENSILS!!! 3RD TIME ORDERING from this place over the past couple years. No UTENSILS??? As much as it costs?

• DoorDash orderOrdered the Renee's Fresh Turkey Sandwich Special -- salad looks fresh, soup is hot (and delicious) and the sandwich is fresh and tasty! (don't let the fact that it says "half" a sandwich fool you -- this is a lot of food!
