Bagel with cream cheese and tomato was burnt bagel with a whisper of cream cheese and tomatoes so unripe they were hard and not red. usually good so idk what happened

My coffee was lukewarm and ice cap wasn't iced. The chicken bowl was dry and tasteless. Won't order another bowl again. However, the soup and sandwich was good.
