Always call me if they're out of an item, always put my kids Vanilla Dip Donuts in boxes so they aren't stuck to the bags. food and drinks always come how they should, hot or cold. sometimes stuff gets spilled or incorrect but doordash is always great with their customer service.

They only put 3 flavours of Tim it's in this order and non of them were to good tasting ones. Plain, honey dipped and cherry sprinkle. In a 50 pack, I would expect a variety of flavours. Kinda disappointed today.

After working in the food industry for 30 years, it always makes me wonder what food safety knowledge does places like Tims has.When i get tomatoes that look like this, i know 110% that these tomatoes should have been thrown away 2 days ago. One of my own personal rules when preparing food is if i won't eat it, i won't serve it. Do better for your customers, they determine if you stay in buisness. Constantly serving old food will not get you repeat customers.

I ordered a plain bacon Farmer's Breakfast Wrap with mayo not chipotle sauce. I was very happy that they actually substituted the chipotle, but they put maple bacon on it which makes me so sick I cannot eat it.

TBC sandwich was great. But I ordered an apple fritter which came in a box and a Boston cream which came in a bag, which of course meant the chocolate was stuck to the bag not the donut again. Please box frosted donuts and if you bag the fritter it would have been ok
