Dave's double cheese burger was delicious. lettuce, tomatoes and onions were fresh and crispy. large fries were hot, crisp on the outside and soft inside. only complaint is, since special requests aren't possible, appropriate condiments be included automatically. a few ketchup packets would be nice if fries are ordered.

Worse order ever, gets worse each time I have ordered. The taco salad was HORRIBLE!! Tomatoes were just the tomato peels and the lettuce was wilted, hardly any cheese and the entire salad was about half the size it used to be but cost more. The chili was only half full and warm. The single was also lousy, tomato was extremely thin and dry, the meat should have been set aside for chili meat, and again sandwich was about the size of a child's order and cost more. I was a manager at 3 different stores and although a while ago we NEVER served such horrible food. Mr Thomas hired me and I am sure he would be horrified at this stores business.

The Asiago Ranch Chicken Club has recently been getting shredded lettuce instead of the big leaf. I appreciate this. Shredded lettuce is far superior than the large leaf they usually put on. It elevates the sandwich by at least half of a star, maybe even a full star.

I ordered the Asiago ranch chicken sandwich and it was really good. The chicken was crispy and hot. They didn't have the chocolate chuck cookies I ordered but I substituted with the sugar cookies and they were pretty good. The strawberry frosty wasn't as good as I expected, it needed a more strawberry flavor.

Dave's Single® and French Fries were cold and the fries were tough/rubbery. Definitely wasn't the dasher because delivery was fast and direct from restaurant which is only about 5 minutes drive from my home. Raven's Blood Frosty® was still frozen so was another indication that the dasher was not the cold food culprit or it would have been a melted mess. Sad thar just a few years ago this Wendy's was one of the best. We try it on occasion but usually disappointed. Manager not concerned with quality issue maybe.
