Fries are dry as well as cold then I ordered a large but received a medium in large fry container

I customized my sandwich, removing mayo & tomato, adding grilled onions.
The sandwich came perfect.. but the chicken patty was a bit over fried, and rough.
Fries were a half cold as well.. but I ate it all so 4 stars (:
