I keep giving this place a chance because i love whataburger, but it's gotta be the worst whataburger restaurant ever. the burgers are always super dry and the fries are never crispy

I've just about given up on this Whataburger. I've never had an order correct, and once again, they messed it up. This is truly the worst Whataburger I've ever been to. Which is a real shame for the franchise.

Made dasher wait forever at the store for the order and then they still got it wrong. Everything tastes stale and old. I love whataburger the Alvin store consistently misses

The tea is old. Not just old but like rancid old. literally had to pour it out. My sausage taquito was good, however, they forgot the cheese!!!

Burgers were burnt and there was no mayonnaise as I requested so the burger was dry. My drink was not the Diet Coke I requested. I was given a Dr Pepper
