I called after the first time I ordered from them, to tell them what a fantastic meal we had had. Therein lies my only mild criticism: the (very young) man to whom I spoke, who said he was the manager, seemed to have absolutely no response to a customer who called to compliment the food. He could barely handle the one word he did manage to say, "Okay." He repeated that several times, with a question mark after each "Okay?" He never even said "thank you" for the compliment. I believe a little customer relations training may be in order ;)

"Their spaghetti and meatballs were okay and the spaghetti sauce was good but the fettuccini Alfredo was bland. The Alfredo sauce tasted like a plain white cream sauce and the chicken added to it was unseasoned and rubbery. I also paid for double shrimp for the other fettuccini and had maybe 8 small shrimp total. The garlic bread was devoid of garlic. We will not be ordering there again. "
