"The food was fine tastes like it should, the service on the other hand is what I had problems with. I put in a pick-up order got there when I was told it would be ready within 15 15-minute window the food was not ready. "This is the 3rd order in a row that the untoasted bagel that I got was very dark and the everything seasoning that was on top was burnt. It had to have been baked too long because I didn't have it toasted. It was also dry. The employee should have noticed it when they sliced it and put it in the bag. The iced coffee that I order has been good up until today's. Today it was very dark to the point of being bitter. I specified how many creams and sugar that I wanted as always but that wasn't what I received. If I had transportation I would have returned it. Hopefully maybe these mistakes aren't ongoing and maybe because it's a new store and it looks like there was a lapse in training new employees.
